Mom's Morning Out

Mark your calendars moms! Our mom's morning out is scheduled for October 20th from 10 a.m. until noon. Come drop your children off with us for a couple of hours and enjoy some time alone, or some time with friends. I, along with two other wonderful women from our church family will be there to take care of your precious babies. Please sign up in the church bulletin or email me if you plan on doing this. Welcome! Thanks for stopping by and checking out the Imagination Station blog. I am so excited to be a part of this ministry. We are growing and excited to see new children every week!

I, Leah, have been blessed with receiving the job of Imagination Station Director. We have not been in Anderson long. I along with my husband, Craig, and two children, Anna Claire and Jackson, moved here in July 2009. After trying out many churches we came to Capstone in August and haven't left since. We were so excited to find a church with such a loving congregation that welcomed us with open arms.

Before having children, I was an elementary teacher in Lexington, Ky. I had the privilage of staying home with them though, once they were born. I was thrilled when David Barfield asked me to take over this position. Caroline Barfield, had served as director for many years and did a wonderful job! I hope I can feel the shoes!
